Sun, Sea & Sand

Here are just a few of the numerous beaches and lovely coves to enjoy whether to relax or take part in many of the activities on offer along Menorca’s coastline. Look out for future posts on more beaches to enjoy

Cala Morella

Lying approx 5.5 miles north of the historical city of Ciutadella, Cala Morella is one of those unspolit gems, accessible by foot, A pebbly beach, benefiting from a beautiful cove which is favoured by snokellers.

This fine sandy beach is located near the lovely town of Sant Lluis with a bar and terraces virtually on the beach.

Facilities include parking, first aid, showers, with food and drink available.

Cala en Porter

A sandy beach which is surrounded by high cliffs and grasses. The area above the beach is very established with numerous outlets and sprawls a large area which is reached by stone steps. However be warned it is a fairly steep long climb or alternatively a walk up the hill.

Facilities include parking, first aid, showers toilets and leisure and food and drink available.

Worth a visit nearby is Cova d en Xoroi

www. Night owls will appreciate this Cova at night when it takes on a different vibe and turns into a disco into the early hours.
